About this position

The Accounting Finance & Tax Supervisor is responsible for supervising and reviewing the work of the Finance Accounting & Tax Department staff to ensure accurate, timely, effective, and efficient performance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising and reviewing the work of all staff in the Finance Accounting & Tax Department
• Examining the company's financial submission process
• Checking and controlling cash flow in the cashier section
• Responsible for tax inspection, financial reports, and audits
• Supervising the Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP) sections
• Reviewing and preparing reports in the Finance Accounting & Tax Department
• Creating budgets and monitoring them
• Controlling and reviewing the Finance section
• Conducting stock opname
• Creating working papers and analyzing financial reports

Requirements

• Under 35 years old
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting
• Work Experience - Minimum 3 years as a Finance and Accounting Supervisor
• Experience in costing in manufacturing companies
• Experience in handling financial and tax reports
• Direct work experience using Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• Minimum 1 year of experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Good English language skills, both oral and written
• Leadership skills, honesty, discipline, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Able to work in a team
