Business Development Manager
About this position
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships, and driving sales growth through effective strategies and market analysis.
Responsibilities
• Looking for potential clients to establish cooperation with the company.
• Approach and maintaining with new and/or existing clients to meet targets.
• Proven track record in complex contract negotiation and new business development.
• Conduct market analysis to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
• Coordinate with Management to set targets and marketing strategies.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports to monitor achievements and report to Management.
Requirements
• Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field.
• At least 5 years working experience in Valve Industries as a Business Development Manager or Head of Sales and Marketing.
• Familiar of various valve products and understand competitors and business position in the market.
• Able to speak English both written and oral.
• Good Strategic thinking and analytical.
• Highly motivated target oriented individual and team.
