The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for managing the store to ensure high standards of commercial and personnel functions, maximizing sales and profitability, and overseeing the merchandising function.
Responsibilities
• Manage store to prove a high standard of commercial & personnel functions.
• Set, deliver, review store operating plan and service targets.
• To be responsible and accountable for the merchandising function within the business.
• To maximize sales & profitability.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Good English (verbal & written) is a must.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General from Fashion Retail industry.
• Good leadership.
• Willing to work in shifting hour and weekend / public holiday.
• Willing to be placed in Medan or Makassar area.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
