Supervisor Sales Jawa Tengah
About this position
The Supervisor Sales Jawa Tengah position requires a minimum of a D3/S1 degree, at least 3 years of sales experience or 1 year as a supervisor, preferably in the FMCG sector. The candidate must be able to analyze market trends in their working area, lead a team, be disciplined, honest, communicative, work towards targets, have a valid driver's license, and cover the Semarang, Solo, and Kudus areas.
Responsibilities
• Create effective sales planning and strategies for the sales team.
• Guide and monitor the sales team's activities in the sales process.
• Prepare sales progress reports for the sales team, daily, weekly, and monthly as per the planning.
• Develop branch sales team plans to meet organizational needs and required competencies.
• Coach and counsel the sales team to identify and address sales-related issues and provide alternative solutions.
• Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
Requirements
• Must have a D3/S1 degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience or 1 year as a supervisor, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Ability to analyze market trends in the working area.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Must be disciplined, honest, and communicative.
• Familiar with working towards targets.
• Must be able to drive a motorcycle and car, and have a valid SIM C & A.
• Must be available to work on Monday to Sunday mornings.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required.
• Applicants must have a valid KTP.
• Desired salary range: Rp2,800,000 - Rp3,800,000 per month.
