Supervisor Sales Area Jawa Barat position requires a candidate with a minimum of D3/S1 education, at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, and the ability to lead a team. The candidate must be disciplined, honest, communicative, and able to work towards targets. They should also be able to drive a motorcycle and car, and possess a SIM C & A.
Responsibilities
• Create effective sales planning and strategies for the sales team.
• Guide and monitor the sales team activities in the sales process.
• Prepare sales progress reports for the sales team, daily, weekly, and monthly as per the planning.
• Develop branch sales team plans to meet organizational needs and required competencies.
• Provide coaching and counseling to the sales team to identify and solve sales-related issues and obstacles.
• Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
Requirements
• Minimum D3/S1 education.
• At least 3 years of sales experience or 1 year as a Supervisor, preferably in FMCG.
• Understand and able to analyze market developments in the working area.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Disciplined, honest, and communicative.
• Familiar with working towards targets.
• Able to drive a motorcycle and car, and possess SIM C & A.
• Cover area Jawa Barat.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required.
• Must have a valid KTP.
• Desired salary: Rp3,000,000 - Rp3,500,000 per month.
