The National Sales Lead position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field, at least 2 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in FMCG, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The role involves developing distribution areas, maintaining relationships with distributors, analyzing area coverage, and negotiating product offerings.
Responsibilities
• Mengembangkan area distribusi produk termasuk channel MT,GT, Baby shop, medical
• Menjalin hubungan baik dengan distributor (Program, Persediaan stok distributor, Service Level distributor)
• Melakukan Analisa Area Coverage, Melihat potensi area, dan mengembangkan area coverage
• Menjalin hubungan baik dengan Account Coverage
• Melakukan negoisasi, penawaran, dan presentasi produk
Requirements
• Pendidikan Minimal S1 Semua Jurusan
• Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai sales supervisor/ kepala bidang sales/ sales lead, lebih disukai yang berpengalaman di FMCG
• Berpengalaman menghandle distributor
• Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik dan pernah memimpin tim
• Memiliki kemampuan Microsoft Excel (Pivot table dan Vlookup)
• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas luar kota
• Mengetahui RTM, management territory
