The position requires a minimum of a D3 or S1 degree, with at least 1 year of experience as a Head of Warehouse. The candidate should have knowledge of logistics mechanisms, supply chain collaboration, inventory management, and warehouse management systems.
Responsibilities
• Conduct stock opname and reports
• Arrange warehouse layout
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly
• Delegate tasks, control, and supervise all warehouse activities carried out by subordinates
• Check and ensure that administrative work documents are done correctly and completely
• Analyze problems and formulate solutions for any warehouse issues
Requirements
• Minimum D3 or S1 degree
• Able to operate computers and MS Office
• Experienced working as a Head of Warehouse for at least 1 year
• Understanding of logistics mechanisms
• Understanding of Supply Chain Collaboration
• Understanding of Inventory Management (IM), ABC Analyze, and Buffer Stock
• Understanding of FIFO and FEFO system implementation in Warehouse Management
• Able to develop and execute warehouse management and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) effectively
• Must have relevant work experience for this position
• Applicants must have an ID card
• Desired salary: Rp3,000,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month
