The Operational Manager is responsible for overseeing sales, operations, and team management within commercial areas such as malls, food and beverage sectors, or recreational facilities.
Responsibilities
• Responsible the sales, operation and team management.
• Formulate departmental policies, procedures, and forms.
• Manage the development and monitor the completion of pending facilities.
• Ensure all policies, procedures, manuals, risk assessments, and ride checklists are in place and reviewed.
• periodically for adequacy and make any necessary recommendation to the Business Development.
• Manage cost-saving opportunities on manpower and operational expenses.
• Lead and manage the Operations team.
• Report to Director Operation.
Requirements
• Min.Bachelor Degree (S-1).
• Experience to work at commercial area such as Mall, FnB area or recreation facility.
• Strong leadership and experienced lead the team.
• Highly motivated, strong skills and hospitality oriented.
• Good communication and customer contact skills.
• Results and service oriented with an eye for details.
• Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
• Willing to work in Bekasi and Cibitung.
