Product Marketing (Manufacturing)

PT Metrodata Electronics, TBK is seeking a Product Marketing professional to develop and enhance their skills while contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities
• Understand the company's products thoroughly.
• Translate technical details into consumer benefits.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to position the product effectively.
• Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launches).
• Craft compelling messages for all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team (design, content, sales, etc.) to implement marketing strategies.
• Evaluate projects based on established KPIs and feedback from customers and prospects.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Experience working as a Product Marketing, Brand Manager, or similar role specification in Manufacturing Company.
• Proven experience in launching and managing various go-to-market (GTM) programs, including webinars, trade shows, social media, content marketing, etc.
• Proficiency in developing product marketing tactics, including strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor subordinates both directly and indirectly.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiar in Automotive manufacturing.
