PT. Mekar Armada Jaya, a business unit of New Armada Group, is looking for a candidate for the position of Interior & Fiber Manager.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for all operational activities of production fiber, interior seat, vacuum, and furniture
• Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the production support department processes
• Responsible for work implementation based on QCD, K3, and 5R management
Requirements
• Maximum age of 45 years old
• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager
• Proficient in ISO 9001:2015
• Knowledgeable about product knowledge, standard product, automotive quality, and processes
• Strong leadership skills and experienced in project planning and control
• Willing to participate in the entire selection process (psychotest & interview) offline in Magelang, Central Java
• Placement in Magelang, Central Java
