About this position

Sales Supervisor will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, responding to inquiries and complaints, supervising sales staff, monitoring sales activities, managing inventory, setting budgets, formulating pricing policies, attending trade shows, and utilizing technology for sales data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Supervise sales staff involved in sales, inventory, cash handling, or customer service
• Monitor sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and quality products
• Monitor stock inventory and reorder when necessary
• Instruct staff on handling difficult or complex sales
• Meet financial goals by preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
• Formulate pricing policies and accuracy
• Attend trade shows to identify new products and services
• Train, advise, recruit, train, and discipline employees
• Approve contracts with vendors
• Utilize information technology to record sales figures for data analysis
