Service Delivery specialist
About this position
The Service Delivery Specialist is responsible for tracking project scope and timeline, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring project requirements match customer needs, conducting post-implementation reviews, and ensuring completeness of project documents.
Responsibilities
• Track scope and timeline of WO based on PO issued from customer and need to match with the agreed timeline and SLA
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding project needs
• Ensure project requirements match customer needs
• Post implementation review on project execution
• Ensure completeness of project documents to be submitted to the after-sales team
Requirements
• Minimum bachelor degree in related field
• Experience at same position minimum 3 years and have strong knowledge in FTTx, IP and Product Management
• Strong knowledge and highly skills in project management enterprise
• Ability to work under pressure, collaborate within teams as well as cross-functional teams
• Analytical Thinking
• Communication Skill
