About this position
The Receptionist at the Headquarter is responsible for maintaining the reception area, welcoming guests, ensuring smooth front office operations, handling mail and packages, managing meeting rooms, and providing administrative support to other departments.
Responsibilities
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and tidy, creating a positive impression for guests.
• Responsible for welcoming and receiving guests.
• Ensure smooth operation at the front office.
• Handle incoming mail and packages, as well as their distribution.
• Manage meeting rooms using Outlook.
• Provide administrative support to other departments or staff, including arranging travel, hotel reservations, and other administrative needs.
• Perform duties according to instructions and policies set by management.
Requirements
• Minimum D3 education in any major
• Minimum 1 year experience as an office receptionist
• Initiative-driven
• Friendly and courteous
• Service-oriented with a very good attitude
• Preferably domiciled around South Jakarta
