About this position

The Permit & Sitac Fiber Optic (Access & Community Relation) position in Bali involves area selection, market surveys, proposal preparation, and coordination with various divisions for project deployment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and planning area selection (open area, apartment, office building, residential, SOHO, warehouse, industrial, mall)
• Canvassing visit to prospect area
• Conducting survey and updating database regarding market area condition, property price fluctuation, and competitors activity
• Preparing proposal, follow up meeting and agreement with related partner
• Giving presentation to potential partner to propose deployment within the area
• Preparing project brief approval to management
• Coordinating with planning and PMO division for site survey, technical meeting, timeline, wiring design and BOQ, and deployment within the area

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Have experience in same position or same industry is preferable
• Have knowledge in telecommunication industry, building relation, community relation, or government relation
• Have experience in building and land acquisition is an advantage
• Good in communication skill, oral and written
• Good in negotiation and interpersonal skills
• High integrity and hard worker
