Responsibilities
• Activate and test links at customer sites after installation
• Attach test results in the form of a Report
• Monitor trouble tickets and visit customer complaints if needed
• Ensure the handling of Trouble Tickets runs quickly and meets SLA targets
• Create daily activity reports
Requirements
• SMK majoring in Telecommunications/ D3 preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Telco company
• Understanding of OSI Layer (at least layer 1 (physical), layer 2 (data link), and layer 3 (network))
• Knowledge in telecommunications networks (FTTX, Metro E, Leased Line, SDWan & Internet)
• Knowledge in fiber optic field
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Willing to be on call standby 24/7
