About this position

The HSE Associate is responsible for developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures within the company, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a framework & plan for HSE activities into the Annual program
• Prepare the HSE Policy and instructions and steps in handling K3 issues in the work environment
• Monitor and analyze the part in every incident / accident investigation that occurs within the Company
• Conduct routine inspections of internal Company and company vendors / partners on the implementation of HSE policies
• Prepare an investigative analysis report as well as a report on the effectiveness and suitability of procedures for the implementation of HSE policies
• Coordinating with the training team to hold training aimed at maintaining and increasing the level of K3 awareness in the Company's work environment
• Analyzing the needs of the HSE Management System and compiling the requirements into the RFS and RFP and making evaluations as an improvement process
• Monitor the completeness of documents related to HSE for tenders / new projects
• Carry out the filing and documentation process
• Coordinating with related functions in implementing K3 aspects in order to achieve the HSE golden rules

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Degree from Faculty of Public Health or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience on same position
• Have a K3 Certificate (will be advantage)
• Understand the HSE System
• Have in depth knowledge of SMK3, HSE Regulations, and Their Implementation
