About this position
The Business Development - TikTok KOL Specialist position involves engaging with KOLs to create and manage campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance oversight.
Responsibilities
• Look and contacting for potential KOL
• Engage in idealization/formation of campaign in generating and keeping up with KOL/ influences.
• Help to coordinate with KOL for the campaign brief.
• Manage, schedule meetings and remind each KOL to deliver the campaign on time.
• Oversee the KOL Performance.
• Manage the contract and deal with KOL.
• Coordinate with influences & content to ensure that their work meets company standards.
• Maintain relationships with partners & KOL.
• Maintain all of the administrative documents including payment, contract, document filing and the data tracking.
Requirements
• Possess English Language (Speak, Write, Read) would be a plus point
• Rich Influencers resources preferred
• Experienced with TikTok platform
• Have experience working as influencer management or KOL Management Media, and handling KOL/Talents/Influencer at least 1 year.
• Familiar with social media, such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Have a strong communication, fast response, and negotiating skills.
• Up-to-date with social media trends and understanding audience segments
• Enthusiastic about social media trends and understanding audience segments.
• Able to join A.S.A.P
