The Finance Accounting Manager will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating financial and accounting activities in the factory to ensure they meet targets, are effective, and efficient. They will also be involved in budget projections and analyzing monthly production costs and sales costs.
Responsibilities
• Analyze and evaluate financial and accounting activities in the factory to ensure they meet targets, are effective, and efficient
• Project annual budgets with related departments
• Analyze monthly production costs and sales costs accurately
• Evaluate and propose improvements to procedures, work instructions, and forms
• Evaluate stock opname activities in all main warehouses and WIP monthly, and petty cash opname weekly
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• At least 6 years of experience with the last position as a Supervisor, preferably with experience in shrimp cultivation companies
• Understanding of COGS/COGM calculations
• Ability to prepare financial reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & SAP
• Willing to be placed in the Ujung Genteng Area (Sukabumi)
