The Store Design Assistant Manager is responsible for developing and implementing store design concepts that reflect the brand's identity and meet customer needs. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, create detailed design plans, stay updated on industry trends, manage vendor relationships, and analyze customer feedback to improve store design.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement innovative store design concepts that reflect the brand's identity and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design strategies.
• Create detailed design plans, including layout, fixtures, and lighting, while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail design.
• Manage relationships with vendors.
• Prepare and present design proposals and mock-ups to stakeholders.
• Analyze customer feedback and sales data to continually refine and improve store design.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D max, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of civil work details and current trends in retail design.
