About this position
The Statutory Reporting Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the preparation and consolidation of statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and coordinating with external auditors.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of statutory financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits, prepare all documents and facilitate audit process.
• Prepare reports or data requests for management and external use (bank & tax).
• Conduct reviews of financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify opportunities for improving reporting processes and efficiencies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in statutory reporting or auditing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations especially PSAK 73.
• Understanding of statutory compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial reporting software (Oracle).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to present complex financial information clearly.
