Retail Procurement Specialist
About this position
The Retail Procurement Specialist is responsible for implementing procurement strategies, maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating agreements, overseeing the ordering process, and staying informed about market trends.
Responsibilities
• Implement procurement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers all over Indonesia.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Oversee the ordering process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to delivery or quality.
• Stay informed about market trends, supplier developments, and pricing changes to make informed procurement decisions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement. Experience in maintenance procurement / operational supermarket procurement is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
