About this position

The Garment Footwear Sourcing & QC Manager is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential factories, negotiating contracts, maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with company standards, and managing sourcing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential garment & footwear factory, both locally and internationally.
• Negotiate contracts, including prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and build strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure suppliers meet company standards and ethical guidelines.
• Work with Product Development and Design teams to source materials that match design and brand standards.
• Offer input on material choices, cost management, and production feasibility.
• Set and enforce quality control standards for sourced products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of supplier facilities.
• Manage sourcing budgets and find ways to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
• Ensure all products meet local regulations and standards.
• Analyze market trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• 7+ years of experience in sourcing and quality control, preferably in the retail/garment/ footwear factory industry.
• Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and product quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge about garment/ footwear development, sourcing, and costing/pricing.
• Knowledge of product development processes and quality control methodologies.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and ethical sourcing standards.
• Strong interpersonal skill & proven leadership
• Fluent in English & Computer Literate
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci area
