About this position

The Sales Manager is responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, conducting market research, managing supplier relationships, and improving sales systems.

• Analyze and Utilize Sales Data
• Conducting Market Research and Identifying Customer Needs
• Supplier Relationship Management
• Sales Communication and Reporting
• Execution of Promotional Activities and Events
• Sales System Improvement

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree / Master's degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local market and culture
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales Expertise: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and create realistic sales projections.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and present to clients.
