About this position

Project Manager position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering. The candidate must be willing to be assigned to various locations in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Start projects by examining feasibility and preparing budgets, teams, and resources.
• Implement planning that includes setting goals and objectives, determining roles and scheduling tasks to meet client needs.
• Lead and motivate project teams and stakeholders.
• Manage projects and coordinate project teams to stay on track and keep projects within budget.
• Conduct monitoring and control activities to track project progress.
• Identify and manage risks to ensure timely project completion.
• Implement necessary changes during the project process.
• Regularly report to management and clients.
• Evaluate successes and challenges to enhance learning for the next project.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Willingness to be assigned to various locations in Indonesia.
