About this position

The position of EXIM Staff requires a minimum of a D3 degree in Economics or Accounting, with at least 3 years of experience in export and import. The candidate should have a good understanding of customs regulations and freight forwarding processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing administrative documents for export and import.
• Coordinating import and export activities.
• Coordinating shipments with customs agents for export permits.
• Monitoring exports for legal compliance and ensuring administrative readiness.
• Ensuring completeness of export and import documents.
• Coordinating with shipping and airline companies regarding export and import documents.
• Coordinating with Customs authorities on export and import documents.
• Responsible for the operational activities of export-import.

Requirements

• Maximum age of 30 years.
• Minimum D3 education (especially in Economics & Accounting).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export and import.
• Understanding of customs regulations and freight forwarders.
• Communicative, able to work individually and in a team.
• Placement at Head Office Surabaya.
