About this position

The Staff - Sourcing (Supply Chain) position is responsible for ensuring timely material ordering and effective communication with suppliers to align with production plans and delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on time material ordering/purchase order sharing for NIKE BUY according to the TNA.
• Order confirmations follow up with suppliers & ensure suppliers are aligned to agreed TNA.
• Have regular communication with suppliers on future deliveries & ensure on time RM delivery.
• Liaise with internal teams for loading discussion on weekly basis & update material status & work on any exceptional.
• Inventory management & material pull according to the production plan.
• Evaluate supplier performances on monthly basis & have action plan on problem solving/supplier improvements.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent Qualification in business management /supply chain.
• ERP /SAP system knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in English fluently.
