The Staff - Human Resources (Recruiter) position involves managing recruitment processes, building relationships with educational institutions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Responsibilities
• Build relationships with educational institutions, training centers and third parties.
• Talent search and screening the candidates including prepare and conduct the interview.
• Connect with other department to understand the cadre requirements and quantity.
• Maintain cadre fulfillment and recruitment documentation (personal file, confirmation letters, etc).
• Make sure the onboard process for the new employees and engage with new employees until probation period finish.
• Actively build company branding internally and externally.
Requirements
• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in management, psychology or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (recruitment) is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Communication, time management, interpersonal skills.
• Must have safe and healthy-minded.
• Required language(s): English.
