About this position

The Staff - Cutting (CAD/Group Leader) position involves managing a team of operators to ensure cutting processes align with established plans while also addressing any operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Handling 15 operators and ensuring the before cutting process runs according to the cutting plan.
• Including problem solving related to cutting operations.
• As a person who is responsible for making markers with a special system and maximizing fabric efficiency.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Marine), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field especially garment is an advantage.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Have an interest to work in a field, in a shift basis.
• Have self motivation, dynamic and task driven.
• Able to communicate in English.
