History of the Company was initially started as a distributor of Tancho Pomade product in 1969. Perceiving positive growth in Indonesia market at that time, the Company committed to fully provide a comfortable lifestyle supported by health and beauty for Indonesian people, by establishing commercial production in 1971. In 1993, the Company officially listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Through the listing, the Company became the 167th company and the 11th Japanese joint venture company who listed its shares. At the moment, the Company’s number of share is 201,066,667 shares with nominal value Rp500/share. The Company currently has two factories which both located in MM 2100 Industrial Town. Factory 1 is functioned to produce cosmetic products and Factory 2 is functioned to produce plastic packaging and also serves as the logistic center. At this time, the Company offers several brands in the market whereas three of them are the Company’s main brands namely GATSBY, PIXY and PUCELLE. Through these brands, the Company also produces other products under the brand Lucido-L, Tancho, Mandom, Spalding, Lovillea, Miratone and also several other brands including those produced specially for exports. Besides Indonesian market, the Company also serves for Export market. Several export destination countries including United Arab Emirates (UAE), Japan, India, Malaysia, Thailand, and others. Through UAE, the Company’s products are re-exported to other countries in Middle East, Africa and also Eastern Europe.

About this position

As a PPIC Intern, you will help the team with planning and controlling production and inventory. This internship will give you experience in organizing production schedules and managing stock.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating production schedules.
• Help track inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock of materials.
• Support communication between production, procurement, and warehouse teams.
• Assist in analyzing data to monitor production progress.
• Help maintain records of production and inventory.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (preferably final semester students).
• No experience needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to undergo a period of 3 months internship with WFO policy.
