About this position

The Business Analyst will be responsible for data gathering, cleaning, analysis, and reporting, while supporting the Sales Support Team Lead in change management efforts.

Responsibilities

• Data Gathering: Collect data from various sources, including internal databases.
• Data Cleaning: Ensure good data quality by cleaning and transforming raw data into usable formats.
• Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Reporting: Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports using BI tools like Power BI to communicate findings.
• Support the Sales Support Team Lead in change management efforts by ensuring stakeholders are trained and comfortable with new tools and processes.
• Regularly report on project status, progress, and outcomes to the Sales Support Team Lead and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from International Business Management or IT.
• 3-5 years experience in Business Analyst / Analytical Data.
• Fluent communication skills in English, both verbal & written.
• Excellent in data processing and presentation skill.
• Desirable familiar in operating Power BI or relevant.
