Assistant Manager HR
About this position
The Assistant Manager HR will play a crucial role in supporting the HR functions of the organization, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Processing payroll for the employees of a company, validate overtime calculate salary.
• Involved in onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Law or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience as HR Generalist.
• Preferably have experience working in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, compensation benefit and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
• Good English language skill, both verbally and written.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
