Management Trainee Operational (Malindo Young LEAP) position offers an opportunity to learn business processes at PT. Malindo Feedmill, Tbk, especially in the Production Department. The program includes training sessions and hands-on projects that directly impact the business.
Responsibilities
• Learn business processes at PT. Malindo Feedmill, Tbk, especially in the Production Department.
• Participate in training sessions and On The Job Training.
• Work on various projects that have a direct impact on the business.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Adaptive, communicative, eager to learn, and active in organizations.
• Ability to think conceptually.
• Proficient in English.
• Willing to undergo training at Plant Grobogan (Central Java).
• Willing to commit to a 2-year bond (if successfully completing the MY LEAP program).
• Placement in Cakung (Jakarta), Cikande (Banten), Grobogan (Central Java), Gresik (East Java), and Makassar (South Sulawesi).
