General Affair Staff
About this position
The General Affair Staff is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all general affairs activities, managing legal communications, and overseeing office and facility management.
Responsibilities
• Ensure all GA daily activities run smoothly
• Communicate with relevant parties related to legal matters (notary, lawyer, government institution)
• Manage and maintenance all General Activities, including office management, building facilities and hub area facility
• Arrange foreigner working permit application
• Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
• Able to work collaboratively with various departments and Build communication with surrounding community.
• Ensuring scheduled maintenance for office infrastructure, company vehicles and any other project currently handled by GA team
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field from reputable university
• Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
• Minimum 2 Years experiences in the related field
• Excellent with SAP System
• Experince with OSS system
• Experienced with handling foreign worker permit
• Advance knowledge in government legal policies and regulations related to company business
• Hard worker and able to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Company Asset and building management
