Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Create engaging content for various platforms (social media, career websites, job fairs) to showcase company culture and values.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Work with HR and leadership to align recruitment strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on employer branding.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
