About this position
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for executing the full cycle recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. This role requires a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, ensuring they attract the right candidates.
• Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications to determine their fit for the role.
• Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews, both virtual and in-person, involving relevant team members as needed.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
• Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and communicating employment terms to candidates.
• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to legal and company requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the [specific industry].
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
