About this position

The Internship Customer Relationship Management (CRM) position involves supporting CRM and digital marketing efforts, particularly in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with CRM, Digital Marketing, including but not limited to Social Media customer journey and performance metrics.
• Having general knowledge of real estate business process.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc) and Google (doc, sheets, slides, etc) working environment.
• Creative and staying up to date with latest digital trend.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, Major Business, Management, Communication.
• Fresh graduates with relevant Major are welcome to apply.
• Being able to work independently and as a team.
• Has excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting is an advantage.
• Self motivated, adaptable, and agile to work on a dynamic situation.
