About this position
Responsibilities
• Ensure all PR requests are processed according to SOP
• Update and report the status of outstanding PR requests to relevant departments
• Analyze and confirm the matrix of comparison before seeking management approval
• Manage weekly budget for vendor payments
• Maintain good relationships with external parties
• Handle logistics processes for export and import activities
• Resolve urgent cases efficiently
• Communicate and negotiate effectively
• Have a wide network of vendors
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a procurement manager
• Proficient in English (will be tested during interview) and preferably fluent in Mandarin
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, teamwork, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Expertise in export-import processes
• Experience in managerial functions and other related tasks
