About this position
The Telemarketing position involves making calls to potential clients to promote Multimatics Consultancy programs and services, ensuring sales targets are met, and collaborating with the sales team.
Responsibilities
• Make phone call to possible customer/potential clients to offer Multimatics Consultancy programs and services
• Explaining Multimatics products and services persuasively to potential clients
• Continuing client prospects to schedule meetings or products demo
• Assuring selling targets are reached monthly
• Archiving interaction with clients on CRM or other client management systems on company
• Archiving client feedbacks and reporting it to related team to improve services or products quality
• Collaborating with Sales team to share potential prospect information
Requirements
• At least 1-2 year(2) experience as Telemarketing, Sales, or Customer Service
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relation, Marketing, Management or IT (with interest in communication) or equivalent
• Having great verbal communication skills, persuasive, and able to build rapport with customers
• Highly motivated to reach targets and capable to work under pressure
• Result-oriented, positive minded and proactive
• Capable on working independently and with team
• Experiences on using CRM software or any telemarketing tools will be an advantage
