The Sales Admin Marketing position involves establishing communication with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting the sales team through various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
• Establish communication with customers
• Identify and create sales opportunities and produce leads to bring the opportunities and close the sales
• Responsible for sales administration documents
• Working with the team of management and administration
• Prepare presentation materials and proposals according to customer needs
• Participate actively in marketing programs and customer-focused events
• Schedule sales meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and follow-ups for the sales team
• Assist with day-to-day administration function, including answering phones and preparing documents
• Support the organization of sales events, visits to sample house units and promotional activities as needed
Requirements
• Speak fluently and write effectively in English
• An organized person with a positive mindset
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and coordination needed
• Fast learner and have the drive to learn new technology
• Desire to work in a software company
• Academic: Diploma / Degree or higher
• Experience: Min 1 year in a similar environment
• Possible to ride a motorbike
