The Purchasing Officer is responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, processing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Create and process purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and prevent shortages or overstock.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports on purchasing activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet their purchasing needs and resolve supply issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of procurement software and supply chain processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to be located in Tabanan, Bali.
