About this position

The Finance Accounting Manager at Nyanyi Bali Development is responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance and accounting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing financial reporting, cash flow, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Warehouse: Control Inventory (In, Out, Transfer Warehouse, Jurnal Transaction & COGS)
• Tax Compliance: Together with tax consultants, manage corporate and individual taxation, including PPN, PPH, and Annual SPT reporting.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial stability.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, providing financial forecasts and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Purchasing: monitor purchasing team to ensure fair and robust selection of good quality vendors with competitive pricing and payment terms
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting as a Manager, overseeing all aspects of finance and accounting including finance control, inventory management, purchasing, budget management and period cash flow and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge in Corporate and Individual Taxation, including PPN, PPH, and Annual SPT reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, WPS Office, Google Sheets, and Docs.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage cash flow and prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• A strong work ethic, with the ability to meet target and tight deadlines.
• Preferably candidate with experiences in F&B or property sector.
• Willingness to be based in Jalan Pantai Nyanyi, Kediri, Tabanan, Bali.
