About this position

The Legal Executive position requires a minimum of 5 years of working experience, a bachelor's degree from a reputable university, proficiency in English, and experience in litigation. Knowledge of land and plantation law is optional.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant GM Legal in handling litigation cases.
• Design/review contracts.
• Conduct legal research.
• Assist in implementing legal compliance systems for all plantation companies within the KLK group in Indonesia.
• Conduct regular visits to affiliated oil palm plantations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (UI, UGM, or Unpad), with a minimum GPA of 3.60 for other universities.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in litigation.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
• Understanding of land and plantation law (optional).
• Ability to draft contracts, presentations, and create good written reports.
