OD-OCM Dept Head
About this position
The OD-OCM Dept Head is responsible for managing the implementation of the organizational development strategy, focusing on policy management and human capital management systems, while also enhancing employee engagement and performance management.
Responsibilities
• Managing the implementation of the organizational development strategy including policy management and Human Capital management system (HC Policy & Management System) organizational structure design
• Perform job analysis to identify job descriptions
• Identify the competency requirements needed for each position and identify and manage initiatives to increase employee engagement with the company (employee engagement) in order to strengthen organizational readiness to face future business challenges
• Create Performance Management & review KPI for all employee (internal Kideco)
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources or other relevant major
• Minimum 10 years of experience in handling OD and performance management
• Demonstrate good knowledge of Change Management, File Management, Financial Management, Audit & Safety Awareness
• Experiences with Job Analysis, Competency Model, Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement & HC Policy, Management System, and Performance Management System
• Holds Human Capital Certification
• Willing to be placed in our Mine-Site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 5 weeks on site & 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH)
