Industrial & Employee Relation Sub Section Head (Supervisor)
About this position
The Industrial & Employee Relation Sub Section Head (Supervisor) is responsible for overseeing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
• Assisting in resolving cases related to violations of company regulations / PKB, supervising and providing suggestions for developments.
• Establish communication and coordination for relationships with internal (between the Union, employees, management) & external parties.
• Participate in collective bargaining negotiations, and other labour relations activities, and ensure the process runs smoothly.
• Advise and support the Division Head on employee/industrial relations, labour laws, and HC/IR policies.
• Monitoring the conductivity and potential IR disputes in Company (Internal and External)
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in law or related background.
• Having min 3 years of experience in Industrial Relation/Employee relation, preferably from coal mining company (owner).
• Having experience in negotiating agreements, collective bargaining and other employment relations activities.
• Having excellent knowledge of Employment Law that follows government regulations.
• Having strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
• Computer skills (e.g. Ms. Office, Visio /database).
• Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (field-brake will be fully accommodated to POH/KTP)
