Our company is engaged in food industry with mayonnaise as our main product, of which is a No. 1 product in Japan. Besides mayonnaise we also make other products from eggs. Our company group has several offices in Asia region, such as Japan, China, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia.

About this position

The Supervisor Produksi - Food Manufacture is responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring quality standards, and managing a team to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Able to train operators about GMP & HACCP
• Solve the quality / quantity problem that raise during the production process and run a recording system
• Able to Analyze and fix the problem occur in the production process (Problem Solving)
• Able to understand the schedule dan manage team to achieve production target
• Supervise the operators to work according tp target effectively and efficiently
• Daily, weekly and monthly report
• Arrange a manpower plan and budgeting direct material
• Wiling to working shift

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or Diploma 3 in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology,
• 2-3 years minimum experience in Food Manufacture as Supervisor (must)
• Have a knowledge in HACCP and GMP (must)
• Good Spoken in English (must)
• Knowledge of raw material, production process, quality control, cost and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Good Leadership skill
• Wiling to be place in Cikarang Pusat, Kab. Bekasi
