HR Assistant Manager
About this position
The HR Assistant Manager will lead and handle the HR&GA department, manage teams, handle recruitment, update policies, ensure compliance, manage employee payroll, plan employee development, and maintain a good relationship with the Union.
Responsibilities
• Lead and handle HR&GA department in day to day operational and align with all the company's business strategies.
• Manage the teams to run a daily HR task according to plans.
• Responsible for handling recruitment.
• Proactively update implementation policies that align with changes in employment laws.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations and law related to human resource matters
• Performing employee payroll administration
• Ensure safety and discipline programs are in place
• Able to plan employee development process
• Manage Union with a good relationship
Requirements
• Have an educational background of S1 Law/ Psychology
• Knows how to operate Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and HR support applications.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in the relevant field;
• Experience in human resource activity including general HR Administration, Recruitment, payroll detail and Tax, and BPJS
• Well-knowledge of laws and regulations (e.g. UU No. 13 Tahun 2003, Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan No. 01 Tahun 2017, Omnibus Law, and other relevant laws).
• Strong communication skills, multitasking.
• Preferably those with experience working in/with Korean companies;
• Able to speak English fluently.
