HRIS Developer
About this position
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Developer to join our team and take on the next challenge.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the HRIS platform to meet the company's human resource needs.
• Collaborate with the HR and IT teams to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and ensure successful project execution.
• Configure and maintain HRIS modules, including employee records, payroll, benefits administration, time and attendance, and more.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support SOM analysis and decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the HRIS by adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with vendors and external consultants for system integration, enhancements, and maintenance.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Information Systems with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Microsoft .Net, JavaScript, SQL, and Query.
• Familiar with operating applications like Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, and Microsoft Office.
• Has experience as an HRIS Developer at least 1-2 years.
