About this position

Posisi Customer Service bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan informasi dan menangani keluhan customer dengan cepat dan tepat.

Responsibilities

• Memberikan informasi serta menerima dan memproses keluhan customer, sehingga dapat ditangani secara cepat dan tepat untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dan kepuasan customer.

Requirements

• Lulusan S1 semua jurusan (fresh graduate welcome)
• Memiliki kemampuan Microsoft Office dan komunikasi yang baik
• Memiliki kemauan untuk belajar hal baru
• Memiliki kemampuan untuk berkoordinasi yang baik
