HRD Supervisor
About this position
The HRD Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies in line with overall business strategies, evaluating and developing HRD SOP systems, managing recruitment and selection processes, coordinating performance assessments, and ensuring legal compliance in HR implementation.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies in line with overall business strategies.
• Evaluate and develop HRD SOP systems.
• Compile effective HR documents including legal letters and employment letters.
• Ensure all HR documents are well organized, monitored, and managed.
• Manage and coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
• Coordinate with all divisions in the process of creating, compiling, and managing employee performance assessments (KPI).
• Coordinate with relevant divisions in enhancing competencies/skills suitable for employees in each division.
• Create and organize training and education programs for all employees and prepare the training team.
• Ensure no violations of labor laws in HR implementation.
• Coach undisciplined employees.
• Manage and supervise employee-related administration such as employment agreements, status changes, and termination of employment relationships.
• Assess workloads accurately.
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of work experience as an HRD supervisor.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management/Law/Industrial Psychology or relevant field.
• Good communication skills in English both verbally and in writing.
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as HRD systems (HRIS & Payroll).
• Experience in managing more than 500 employees.
• HR competency certification is preferred.
• Understanding of recruitment and experience in using assessment tools.
• Familiar with personnel activities (Payroll, benefits, attendance, employment agreements, performance appraisals, employee development (education & training), etc.).
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and individually.
• Professionalism, responsibility, and high interpersonal skills.
• Independent, energetic, detail-oriented, good communication skills for cross-department coordination, and leadership qualities.
• Willing to be placed in Sungai Pinyuh District, Mempawah Regency, West Kalimantan.
