About this position

The Technical Supervisor is responsible for delivering technical projects, particularly in the biscuit process, while exploring cost savings and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end technical projects, especially in the biscuit process as the timeline.
• Explore potential project cost savings, process improvements, automation, etc.
• Calculate cost saving, cost estimation & payback period.
• Deliver technical issues in the execution phase & handover them to the Plant properly.

Requirements

• Minimum hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in process engineering, production engineering, or continuous improvement areas.
• Expert in the whole processing and machinery for food product categories.
• Proficiency in using technical tools such as Autocad, PLC, HMI, Servo, etc. will be a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
